CEMS Program Managers are more than your communication link between our customer and the status of a purchase order. The Program Managers used by CEMS are considered one of the most important roles within the company. The program managers are continually working and communicating with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and freight companies to assure the whole supply chain is in place to meet targeted delivery dates. In addition, our program managers work with our customers from the very beginning by defining the best supply chain solution, evaluating the product and its assembly and test requirements, and making sure that the documentation supplied is accurate so a complete quote can be prepared or to eliminate as many potential issues before it is released to production. Once in production, our Program Managers maintain communication with our customers by phone, e-mail, maintaining the COMS (Customer Order Management Software) data, and planned visits. In addition, the Program Managers are continually working with our customers on their new opportunities that allows for greater overall saving to their operations.
