CEMS provides low cost manufacturing to companies in the computer, communications, consumer, industrial and medical industries without the challenges of doing business in the Far East. With our network of manufacturing facilities, CEMS delivers low cost manufacturing solutions for PCBs, HDI PCB, PCBA, Box Build, COB and NPI.
In an effort to continually reduce costs, our China based procurement group is focused on increasing the Chinese content of your product through our approved subcontractors for components, metal, and plastics.
CEMS offers Web-based communications, dedicated local-based program managers, local support for warranty and repair, with normal trade terms -- Net 30.

CEMS facilities utilize International Standards Organization (ISO) 9000 standards. Our quality certifications include: ISO 9001/9002 quality management system; ISO 14001environmental management; QS 9000/TS 16949 international automotive quality system; ISO 13488 quality system, medical devices; BABT and UL.
CEMS offers prototype and low- to medium- volume manufacturing, test and process development, end of life manufacturing and local support for warranty and repair through our ISO certified Chinese facilities. Our local service centers in North America and Europe, local program management teams are assigned to each customer giving you the cost advantages of offshore manufacturing with the convenience of a local management team.
